I am Level 3 REPs qualified with additional qualifications in Suspension Training (TRX), Studio Cycle, Kettlebells & Circuit/outdoor training. My specialties include; Weight loss, Weight management, Body Transformation (Fat Loss & Lean muscle “tone”) Resistance/Weight Training for improved body composition & strength gains, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for specific fitness goals (i.e. sports events including marathon training, obstacle races)

Often, people fall short when it comes to their diet. For this reason I offer personalised nutritional advice for every client I take on. Why? Because no two 'diet plans' should ever look the same and no matter how hard you work in the gym, you simply cannot out-train a bad diet. I know, it upsets me too.
My approach is to educate my clients about the importance of maintaining a healthy relationship with food through a largely clean but creative diet. No calorie counting, no hunger, and no quick fix solutions. As a self confessed foodie I want my clients to understand that you have to enjoy your meals, you have to feel happy and satisfied in order to sustain it long term.

Ban is an excellent trainer with the perfect mix of empathy for your pain and uncompromising in supporting you achieve your goals. No amount of whingeing or sulking gets you off the hook. You set the goal and Ban makes sure you achieve it, with good humour and a focused sense of purpose.
I have been training with Ban for about seven months now, the results are remarkable. Ban is unrelenting in her support for anyone she trains: you're encouraged to laugh, allowed even to cry and complain, but you're never allowed to give up.

I started training with Ban in order to lose weight and generally tone up, after having kids. What I achieved with Ban's help was far more than this! Using weights, kettle-bells and various bodyweight exercises, my overall strength and fitness improved so much in a short space of time that I was able to perform well and do exercises I would never have attempted on my own. Each workout is tailored to you, so that you can achieve exactly what you have discussed. She has a way of always coming up with new and interesting exercises.

Without coming over all dramatic or emotional, there are no words for how much Ban inspires and motivates me as my personal trainer. I love going to the gym and do a range of classes; but they were no longer making a difference. Then I met Ban Hass. We talked, she listened and designed me a programme to work on the areas I really wanted to change. Every session was different.
